Information we collect
When you send us a request, we collect what you choose to share so we can answer it. An event request includes your name, email, phone, event date and time, type of event, guest range, location, indoor or outdoor, how you heard about us, any food allergies you share, and notes. A catering order request includes your name, email, phone, the items in your bag, the date you need them, pickup or delivery, a delivery address if you choose delivery, and notes. A contact message includes your name, email, an optional phone number and your message.
If you join our email list, we keep your email address, the date you signed up and where you signed up. With each request we also note the page you first arrived on and any campaign tag in the link you followed, so we know how people find us. We do not take payments on this site and we do not collect card details.
How we use it
To answer your request, confirm an order, prepare a quote and stay in touch about it. You get one confirmation email for each request. We only send marketing emails if you asked for them, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell personal information.
Food allergy information
If you tell us about a food allergy or dietary need, we use it only to prepare your food and serve you safely. We never share it with anyone else.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site stores a few small items in your browser so it works properly: the contents of your bag, your place in the catering menu, and whether you closed or completed the signup popup. If analytics are enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies to measure how the site is used. We do not send them what you type into our forms.
Third-party services
Hosting is provided by Vercel. Requests, orders, messages and email signups are stored with Supabase. Emails are delivered by Resend. If you search for an address or venue in a form, that search is handled by Google Maps Platform. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and Google open those services, which have their own policies. See each provider's privacy policy for how they handle data.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any of those emails. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, send us a message through the Contact page.
